Terms and Contitions

1. How to Book
Simply complete the booking form which you can download from the website and either fax or send it to Matt Hudson, 3 Park Villas, The Green, Wallsend, Tyne & Wear NE28 7NW.

2. Fees and Payment
Fees for courses which are subject to a booking form shall be due upon booking and shall be paid within 7 days of the date of Matt Hudson invoice.

3. Course Locations and Instructions
You will be provided with details of the course location, start times and other relevant details not less than 14 days prior to commencement of the course.

4. Transfers, Cancellation and Postponement
4.1 If an attendee wishes to transfer to another course and notice is received in writing within 42 days prior to the commencement of the original course then there will be a charge fee of 25% of the original course fee.
4.2 A substitute attendee may be provided at no cost.
4.3 If an attendee wishes to cancel a booking and notice is received in writing then the following charges will be acceptable:-
Days notice of cancellation prior to commencement of course % of charge to pay
42 working days plus 25%
41-32 working days 50%
31-22 working days 75%
21 working days or less 100%
4.4 Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to Matt Hudson, 3 Park Villas, The Green, Wallsend, Tyne & Wear NE28 7NW.
4.5 Please note that Matt Hudson reserves the right to alter the course content, change the dates and venues or cancel the course at anytime without liability save that, should the course be cancelled completely (i.e. without alternative dates being given) then the attendee will be entitled to a full refund of fees paid in advance for that particular course (without interest).

5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All intellectual property rights, including copyright, patents and design arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall belong to and remain vested in Matt Hudson and you shall execute any document necessary for this purpose.
5.2 All warranties or conditions (whether express or implied by statute or common law or arising from previous course of dealings, or usage or otherwise) as to the quality of the course materials supplied or their fitness for a particular purpose are expressly excluded.

6. Data Protection
6.1 When you book and attend courses, you will be required to disclose personal data. Any personal data provided will be used in accordance with statutory data protection rules and regulations. Please note that all NLP courses are certified by the Society of NLP. Conversational Decoding is accredited by ILM and NCFE. Therefore, your data will be shared with a 3rd party for the purposes of certification.
6.2 Your use of the website and disclosure of any personal information to us through the website confirm your agreement for Matt Hudson to collect and use your personal information.
6.3 With the exception of any sensitive personal data (e.g. about your health etc) and any confidential financial information (e.g. details of credit/debit cards and bank accounts), your personal information may also be sold, traded or licensed to third parties (including third parties who may be located outside the Economic European Area) so that they may send information to you that they may think would interest you. 7. Use of the Website
7.1 Your use of the website constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions, which take effect immediately on your first use of this site. Matt Hudsonreserves the right to change our terms and conditions at any time by posting changes online.
7.2 Material may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted in any way except for your own personal use at home. Any other use must be with the written consent of Matt Hudson.
7.3 In no event will Matt Hudson be liable for any damages including, without limitation, indirect or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising from use or loss of use, data or profits, whether in action of contract, negligence, or other tortuous action, arising out of or in connection with the use of this site.
7.4 Matt Hudson does not warrant that the functions contained in the material in this website will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy and reliability of the materials. The movies, images and logos identifyingMatt Hudson and/or third parties.

If you suffer from any medical condition such as epilepsy, clinical depression or any other psychiatric illness do not use the techniques or exercises contained either in the material supplied or on the website. 9. Our Promise
We will use all reasonable skill and care in providing our services we provide under this agreement pursuant to the Booking Form. However please note that we will not be liable for any decision which you make as a result of provision of such services.

10. Confidentiality
10.1 Both parties shall treat as and keep confidential all information whether of a technical, commercial or any other nature relating to the other party and shall not, during the period of this agreement, or at any time after its termination, divulge any such information to any person not authorised by the divulging party to receive it and shall not utilise any secret or confidential knowledge or information acquired in connection with this agreement to the detriment or prejudice of the other party or use the same for any purposes save for the purposes of this agreement.
10.2 Matt Hudson may store your details for the purpose of advising you of the availability of further courses in the future.

11. Assignment
This agreement is personal to you and may not be assigned by you in whole or in part.

12. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be responsible for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under this agreement (other than the obligation to make payments of money) due to any force majeure event including, Act of God, refusal of license (other than as a result of any act or omission of Matt Hudson) or other Government act, fire, explosion, embargo, terrorism, civil disturbance, accident, epidemics, lightening damage, electromagnetic interference, radio interferences, strikes, industrial dispute, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control.

13. Entire Agreement
This agreement sets out the entire agreement between you and Matt Hudson in relation to services provided pursuant to the Booking Form and supersedes all previous arrangements, agreements and representations whether written, oral or implied between you and Matt Hudson.

14. Third Parties
Third parties have no rights under the Contracts (Rights to Third Parties) Act 1999 or any amendment to or re-enactment of it to enforce any provision of this agreement.

15. Law
This agreement shall be construed in accordance with English law and the English Courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
